For new hires, the Dosel staff training and onboarding module allows you to create or assign an onboarding program tailored to each role. The platform delivers these training materials, which can include videos, slideshows, documents, or quizzes, in a logical sequence. New team members can progress at their own pace, and managers can track their progress in real-time.

Essential steps, such as reading the Employee Handbook or signing off on the Code of Conduct, can be tracked through the module. This not only helps new team members get up to speed quickly and uniformly, but also creates documentation that they have acknowledged all required information.

Dosel’s training and onboarding module makes it easier to manage recurring and specialised training for team members. You can schedule mandatory trainings at required intervals. For example, annual fire safety drills, biennial CPR certification renewals, or quarterly clinical competency assessments.

The system will notify employees when they have training due and remind them until it is completed. Supervisors can see at a glance which team members are up to date and who might be overdue on specific competencies. Additionally, if optional professional development modules or new best-practice guidelines are available, they can be distributed through the platform to encourage continuous learning.

Our training module is flexible: you can upload your own training content or use external courses and simply record the results. Dosel supports a variety of content formats, allowing you to maintain a library of e-learning modules, how-to videos, and assessment quizzes.

Each module or course can have an associated test or acknowledgement requirement to ensure comprehension. Once a team member completes a course, Dosel logs the date and their score, if applicable and can generate a certificate of completion if needed. All training records are stored in the employee’s profile, which means that come audit time, you can demonstrate exactly who has been trained in what topic and when.
